My work, the classes, courses, ceremonies, treatments and therapies support your journey from pregnancy through to the precious first years- with calmness, connection and confidence every step of the way.
At The Garden Room I bring the same heart-led approach to women of all stages of life. Whether you're a mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, if you are pregnant, postpartum or a women navigating fertility challenges our holistic therapies offer a safe, sacred space to pause, be held and reconnect with your body, mind and soul.

Holistic Therapies
Wellness of the Wildflowers has a offering in The Garden Room, nestled in the garden of Renew Therapies, Methley, Leeds.
This is an extension of baby wellness, it is a space for adults to pause, be held and to be nurtured.
For mothers, women and anyone carrying too much- This is a gentle invitation to rest, restore and reconnect with yourself.
