Specialist Baby & Parent Support
Online World Wide & In person in West Yorkshire
Meet Keeley- Founder of Wellness of the Wildflowers
Hi, I'm Keeley- I am a baby and parent specialist based in
West Yorkshire, UK, supporting families locally and online worldwide, through pregnancy, the fourth trimester and early childhood. I work with families to strengthen bonding, emotional safety and confidence at the foundations of family life.
My work is rooted in regulation, attachment and understanding of relational depth within families in the first 1001 days of a child's life.
I offer specialist one-to-one containers for families seeking deep, attuned support that is beyond surface-level advice.
Alongside private client work, I deliver professional training for early years practitioners, birth workers and organisations committed to deepening their understanding of relational care and raising the standard of baby and parent support.

This is specialist, connection-focused support that is grounded, ethical and intentional.

Families come to me when they want more than general guidance.
I support families who are seeking specialist insight.
Families who value emotional safety.
Parents who understand that early experiences shape lifelong wellbeing.
Practitioners work with me when they are ready to deepen their skillset.
I work with professionals so they are able to deliver baby and parent support with greater confidence, clarity and integrity.

This is a calm and grounded space, which is also structured and informed.
Professionals take my work seriously because it is built on knowledge, not trends.

Motherhood at the Centre
Motherhood reshaped my understanding of life.
Before I am a practitioner, a baby and parent wellness specialist, a educator- I am a mother of two.
My children are the reason my work exists. They are my daily reminder that early experiences shape nervous systems, identity and belonging. My work is not separate from my motherhood- it is informed by it!
Through pregnancy, my own postpartum care, the recovery of birth, sleep transitions and the evolving stages of early childhood, I have lived the depth, vulnerability and strength required of parents.
From being a first time mum adjusting to parenthood and personal transitions - to growing a family, breastfeeding and attuning to a new baby while co-regulating a toddler.
My children come above everything, and it is that is why I hold this work with such care.
My business is built around what truly matters.
My Approach
Babies are not problems to solve - They have a nervous system that is constantly seeking safety. Mothers deserve to be held in the way they intend and they deserve to be supported with understanding and care.
My work blends evidence-informed understanding of early development with deep respect for the emotional and energetic atmosphere that families live in. I understand that the tone and presence of a caregiver can shape the emotional climate of the home. Regulation is not only biological - it is relational. My support is not only practical, it is felt.

Families who work with me value depth, integrity and presence.
My approach is for families who are looking for support with long-term foundations and solutions - not quick fixes.

Connection-led support for babies, mothers and families through personalised guidance,
body-based therapies, nervous system support and sacred rites of passage.
Working with clients online worldwide and in person in West Yorkshire, UK.

Professional Background
My professional foundation was built over more than a decade working in social housing supporting vulnerable families, navigating complex family dynamics and often vulnerable circumstances. That work shaped my understanding of safeguarding, systemic pressures and the unseen weight that many parents carry. It trained me to assess clearly, hold confidentiality, recognise risk and respond with both compassion and structure.
I work from lived experience, frontline practice and professional accountability.
Alongside the professional knowledge and experience, I am a mother to two- an experience that continually deepens and refines my understanding of attachment, regulation and maternal transition.

What Makes My Practice Different
My practise is intentionally small and deeply relational.
I work with a limited number of private clients at one time to ensure depth, continuity and thoughtful support.

My practise is specialist guidance that it is rooted in attunement and professional integrity.
Families and professionals work with me because they value:
Emotional safety
Skilled presence
Ethical touch
Long-term relational foundations
Professional boundaries
My long-term vision is to contribute to a societal and cultural shift where babies, mothers and early years professionals are supported with greater awareness, depth and respect.
I educate organisations on the importance of nurturing babies and children in early years care and educational settings. I am here to help staff understand the impact of nervous system regulation within the body, working with them as individuals. Bringing awareness of the impact of their work and increasing confidence in professionals to implement nervous system support in their work.
